Finance Intern
As a Finance Intern, you will participate in the Finance Committee to evaluate funding requests, support fundraising initiatives, and track expenses to ensure budget compliance.
This position will help you develop analytical skills, gain practical financial management experience, and understand expense management processes.
Responsibilities
Committee Member: Be a member of the Finance Committee, chaired by the Treasurer of the OCRF executive board
Request Processing: Assess funding requests and determine whether to confirm, deny, or adjust the amount of funding allocated to each chapter based on established criteria and budget considerations.
Fundraising Support: Assist in organizing and executing fundraising initiatives, including events and campaigns to support the organization's financial goals.
Expense Tracking: Help monitor and track expenses, ensuring that expenditures remain within budget and align with funding.
